Orders
How can I track my order?
Go to your account dashboard and open the Orders tab. Click “View Details” on any order to see its current status and tracking info once it ships.
Where can I view my orders?
All your orders are listed under the Orders section of your account dashboard, with your most recent orders shown first.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel or update it. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

How long does delivery take?
You can track your order from the Orders section in your dashboard. Click on “View Details” to see the
tracking information.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is taking longer than expected, check the tracking link in your order details first. If there’s no update or something looks wrong, reach out to our support team and we’ll look into it right away.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above $80 ship free. Orders below that, shipping is a flat $9.99.
Wholesale Orders
How does wholesale pricing work?
Wholesale pricing is tiered based on order/case quantity and is only visible once you’re logged into an approved wholesale account.
Where can I view my orders?
Your wholesale orders appear in the Orders section of your account dashboard in under Wholesale tab, separate from any retail orders.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your wholesale order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us via our Contact page and we’ll try to adjust it.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, wholesale orders above $1,000 ship free. Orders below that, shipping is calculated based on your ZIP code at checkout.
Account & Addresses
Can I update my account details?
Yes, go to Account Details in your dashboard to update your name, phone number, and password. Your username and email address cannot be changed. Contact support if you need help with those.
How do I manage my addresses?
Go to the Addresses section of your dashboard to add, edit, or set a default shipping/billing address.
